Our cleaning business covers most areas of South Warwickshire including Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford upon Avon & south Coventry. Please contact us to enquire whether it is possible for us to carry out work in your location.

Q? What services do you provide?

A.

Our cleaning business provides a professional domestic cleaning service for your home including spring cleans. We also carry out rental property cleaning, residential block cleaning and builders cleans.

Q? Do you use Agency Staff?

A.

No. All of our cleaning operatives are employed directly by the company, and we do not charge a service charge.

Q? Are you insured?

A.

We carry comprehensive insurance cover which includes general & employer’s liability cover.

Q? What about damages?

A.

Our staff will do their utmost to treat your home and its contents with the greatest care and respect but, unfortunately, accidents do occasionally occur. We are comprehensively insured for such occurrences and should anything be damaged whilst we are cleaning, we are insured to cover replacement or repair.

Q? Can you provide references from some customers?

A.

We have genuine references, from past and current customers, displayed on our website and when required most of our clients are happy to provide trade references.

Q? How do you take up references on your staff?

A.

We carry out all the checks you would want a responsible employer to complete on all members of staff. As a general rule we would require the following information as well as carry out DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) criminal record checks:

  • Proof of address (copy of recent utility bill and bank statement)
  • Proof of identity (full UK drivers license or passport)
  • Immigration status, including a valid visa and a work permit (where applicable)
  • Previous employers references (where applicable)
Q? Will I have the same cleaning operative every week?

A.

We will do our utmost to provide the same staff each week but during holidays or sickness we will make alternative arrangements and notify you of any changes.

Q? Can you clean my home if I am not there?

A.

In short, yes. You can safely leave a spare set of keys with us and we will work around your schedule. Keys will then be returned as and when you require them.

Q? Are there a minimum number of hours for domestic cleaning?

A.

We require a minimum of 2 hours per cleaning visit, which enables our staff to do the most professional job possible.

Q? Is there a minimum term contract for domestic cleaning?

A.

There is no minimum term of contract but we do require two weeks’ notice for permanent cancellation of our services or 48 hours notice for cancelling a regular clean. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of our services if insufficient notice is given.

Q? What happens if I am dissatisfied with the service provided?

A.

In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with our service we will look at rectifying the situation as soon as possible. This may involve changing the staff member that you have been assigned.

Q? What are your working hours?

A.

You can contact us from Monday – Friday from 8.30am – 5.30pm. Our cleaning operatives normally work between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday but can work over the weekend or for longer hours, to suit your requirements, by prior arrangement.

Q? Can I specify the day a domestic cleaner comes to my home?

A.

We always do our utmost to meet the requirements of each individual client and, in the majority of cases; we are able to schedule your clean at a convenient time. If, for any reason, we cannot accommodate your preferred choice we will do our utmost to provide a suitable alternative.

Q? How do I pay?

A.

You will receive an invoice on either a monthly or weekly basis, depending on the work we carry out and all payment should be made directly to Regency Cleaning Company and details of our preferred payment methods will be provided.

Q? Who is responsible for providing the cleaning products and materials?

A.

We will provide all necessary equipment and materials unless you have a specific product which you like to be used.

Q? Is there anything your staff won’t be able to clean?

A.

Our staff will not clean outside windows, inside ovens or carpets but, if you require specialised cleaning, we can organise this at additional cost.
